Let me be honest, this is supposed to be a style blog but I changed it last minute because according to John Mayer you gotta say what you need to say. This is both a personal and sponsored post, but God knows how thankful I am to be able to do this. I'm constant to the purpose I've envisioned for this blog, that is to share things and experiences I've had in my life, to be able to reach out to people. Each blog I write, everything I share, every single detail, these are all based on my experiences, experiences that continuously mold me to be who I'm supposed to be. Each post is close to my heart because I believe it gave me the chance talk to someone though I'm not beside them, the chance to make them feel that life is still a great adventure.

Everyday, we feel certain emotions, happiness, sadness, excitement, fear, name it, some are even indescribable, these emotions trigger our thoughts and that's the crucial part. The moment your emotions take control of your thoughts it either bring out the best or the worst in you.

We feel because we are alive. To be able to feel, breathe and live, that's a gift we receive every day. I know, life is not perfect, it can be a monster at times but all monsters have their weakness right? It weakens the moment we decide to be happy regardless of the situation, and happiness starts with a smile.

Studies say that smiling, forced or not (natural smile is still the best though), can give a positive effect on your mood and can give a lot of health benefits.
So if you're having a bad day at work, at home or anywhere, I guess the best thing you can do is smile.

So what's behind my smile? It's the confidence that I'm the one in control of my own emotions and thoughts, and of course the knowledge that I'm taking good care of myself. It's important to put our wellness on top priority. That's also the mission of the Nu Skin Company as a leader in the skincare and wellness industry, their vision is to make people discover the best in them. I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to try one of their products called the AP-24 a whitening fluoride toothpaste.

What I also love about it is that it whitens your teeth without the harmful use of chemicals. It's important to always check the quality of the products we are using. You must transact only with the authorized people who offer the products. If you're interested in getting one you may click here guaranteed safe :)

It's true that happiness is just a mindset, and it's true that for some it's not that easy, but we can always choose, to let things put us down or lift us up. Don't be afraid to improve on yourself as long as you mean no harm to anybody. Don't be a slave of your own expectations, and most importantly, don't be a slave of other's expectations. Be happy the way you are, confident in your own capabilities, knowledge and beauty. Lastly, don't forget to wear your best accessory, your SMILE :)
